Who we are

Simulate AI produces AI-generated video walkthroughs from listing photography. Simulate AI is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 42105253. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@simulateai.nl.

What we collect when you visit this site

At present this website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you as you browse.

As with any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, for the purpose of serving pages and keeping the site secure and available. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and state which tool we use and what it records.

What we collect through the contact and early-access form

If you contact us or request early access, we receive the email address you enter and anything else you choose to include in your message, typically your name, your company, and details about the property you'd like us to work on.

If you go on to send us photography or property material so we can produce a walkthrough, we process those files as part of delivering that work.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to produce and deliver the work you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where a service provider processes data on our behalf, email and hosting, for example, they act on our instructions only.

We will not use your photography or completed walkthroughs in our own marketing without asking you first in writing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off.

Property photography and source files are kept for the duration of the project plus a short window for revisions, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your files sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@simulateai.nl and we will action it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date.
